Mental Health and Health Psychosocial Support

At Ability Network, we provide tailored supports to empower participants living with psychosocial disability and mental health challenges. Our Mental Health Supports are designed to meet each individual where they are in their journey. We understand that mental health can fluctuate, and our flexible, person-centred approach ensures participants receive the right level of support at the right time. Whether it’s assistance with daily living, building social connections, or developing routines, our team works alongside participants to promote stability, confidence, and independence.

A key part of our approach is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. This specialised support focuses on helping participants take greater control of their lives by building resilience, strengthening decision-making skills, and navigating the NDIS and broader mental health system. Our Recovery Coaches work collaboratively with participants, their families, and other supports to create meaningful recovery goals and practical strategies to achieve them.

We recognise that recovery looks different for everyone. That’s why our focus is not just on support, but on empowering individuals to live a life that is fulfilling, connected, and driven by their own goals and aspirations.
